Advancement Coaching
Our most popular service is to provide weekly coaching calls with development professionals. We can come along side of you for as long as you need us there to help guide you up the fundraising mountain. When you are successful we are successful. There is no obligation and you can do as many or as few of the calls as you need.
Feasibility Studies
At Summit Advancement Group we believe in customizing services to the needs of each client. We can provide the insightful research and analysis tailored to your organization.
When done well a carefully crafted feasibility study will assist an organization in formulating realistic and achievable plans for the proposed capital campaign. By conduction confidential interviews with your major donors and key stakeholders like board members, volunteers and staff we will glean data useful for devising a successful plan.
Campaign Counsel
Your organization exists because there is a need in the world that you help fill. What you do matters. The problem that many non-profits hit is not about vision it is funding that vision.
If you have big dreams you want to fulfill, but you need some guidance to get there we can help by creating a customized plan to reach that goal. We will start with an assessment of where you are and then help you build a plan to fulfill that dream. We will walk along with you every step of the way and will train you how to ask for a gift. In addition we will help you measure our progress and success.
Major Gifts Training and Program Design
At its core we believe that good fundraising is relational and not transactional. Our training will take Major Gift Officers (MGO'S) through a set of foundational principals that they can then build into actionable steps. We will teach you how to make a plan for your fundraising year and accuracy predict what your portfolio may produce. This training comes with your own personal coach and can be completed in 3-6 months.
